So, what are calling this year, when you say 2009 out loud? 
Do you say ” Two thousand nine”?
Or do you go with “Twenty oh nine”?
What about next year? Next year I think I might try “Twenty ten” as opposed to “Two thousand ten”.
And an even bigger question … what do you call this DECADE?
We had the “sixties”, the “seventies”, the “eighties”, the “ninties” …..
What will we call this decade? The “zeros”? The “Oh-ties”? Any ideas?
